Ticket 48386 - Clean up dsktune code

Bug Description:  dsktune is old, and has old formatting. This cleans
many aspects of the code base, from whitespace to bracing.

Fix Description:  2 space to 4 space.
Braces on all if statements.

NO CHANGES to program logic have occured. Only formatting.
