libarchive: Do not require includers to have windows.h

In archive_entry.h refer to "BY_HANDLE_FILE_INFORMATION *" using
"struct _BY_HANDLE_FILE_INFORMATION *" to avoid requiring the
includer to already have <windows.h>.
