* Source file learns new properties:

  * A :prop_sf:`COMPILE_OPTIONS` source file property was added to manage list
    of options to pass to the compiler.

  * An :prop_sf:`INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES` source file property was added to specify
    list of preprocessor include file search directories.
