* The :ref:`Visual Studio Generators` for VS 2010 and above now place
  per-source preprocessor definitions after target-wide preprocssor
  definitions.  This makes VS consistent with the :ref:`Ninja Generators`
  and the :ref:`Makefile Generators`.
