Added the ability to paste as admin, this will allow ditto to paste into applications running has admin, currently it won't paste in them

check for minimized state on Active, window was getting active message when closing, sometimes causing a crash, but the minimized flag was set, don't fill the list on active if minimized is set

Fixed crash when closing qpasteWnd, When deleting clips i was deleting them all at the same time, locking the db, causing others to wait, killing a thread that was waiting was causing a crash
