  492. Version 3, 29 June 2007
  493. Copyright (C) 2007 Free Software Foundation, Inc. <http://fsf.org/>
  494. Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies
  495. of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.
  496. Preamble
  497. The GNU General Public License is a free, copyleft license for
  498. software and other kinds of works.
  499. The licenses for most software and other practical works are designed
  500. to take away your freedom to share and change the works. By contrast,
  501. the GNU General Public License is intended to guarantee your freedom to
  502. share and change all versions of a program--to make sure it remains free
  503. software for all its users. We, the Free Software Foundation, use the
  504. GNU General Public License for most of our software; it applies also to
  505. any other work released this way by its authors. You can apply it to
  506. your programs, too.
  507. When we speak of free software, we are referring to freedom, not
  508. price. Our General Public Licenses are designed to make sure that you
  509. have the freedom to distribute copies of free software (and charge for
  510. them if you wish), that you receive source code or can get it if you
  511. want it, that you can change the software or use pieces of it in new
  512. free programs, and that you know you can do these things.
  513. To protect your rights, we need to prevent others from denying you
  514. these rights or asking you to surrender the rights. Therefore, you have
  515. certain responsibilities if you distribute copies of the software, or if
  516. you modify it: responsibilities to respect the freedom of others.
  517. For example, if you distribute copies of such a program, whether
  518. gratis or for a fee, you must pass on to the recipients the same
  519. freedoms that you received. You must make sure that they, too, receive
  520. or can get the source code. And you must show them these terms so they
  521. know their rights.
  522. Developers that use the GNU GPL protect your rights with two steps:
  523. (1) assert copyright on the software, and (2) offer you this License
  524. giving you legal permission to copy, distribute and/or modify it.
  525. For the developers' and authors' protection, the GPL clearly explains
  526. that there is no warranty for this free software. For both users' and
  527. authors' sake, the GPL requires that modified versions be marked as
  528. changed, so that their problems will not be attributed erroneously to
  529. authors of previous versions.
  530. Some devices are designed to deny users access to install or run
  531. modified versions of the software inside them, although the manufacturer
  532. can do so. This is fundamentally incompatible with the aim of
  533. protecting users' freedom to change the software. The systematic
  534. pattern of such abuse occurs in the area of products for individuals to
  535. use, which is precisely where it is most unacceptable. Therefore, we
  536. have designed this version of the GPL to prohibit the practice for those
  537. products. If such problems arise substantially in other domains, we
  538. stand ready to extend this provision to those domains in future versions
  539. of the GPL, as needed to protect the freedom of users.
  540. Finally, every program is threatened constantly by software patents.
  541. States should not allow patents to restrict development and use of
  542. software on general-purpose computers, but in those that do, we wish to
  543. avoid the special danger that patents applied to a free program could
  544. make it effectively proprietary. To prevent this, the GPL assures that
  545. patents cannot be used to render the program non-free.
  546. The precise terms and conditions for copying, distribution and
  547. modification follow.
  548. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  549. 0. Definitions.
  550. "This License" refers to version 3 of the GNU General Public License.
  551. "Copyright" also means copyright-like laws that apply to other kinds of
  552. works, such as semiconductor masks.
  553. "The Program" refers to any copyrightable work licensed under this
  554. License. Each licensee is addressed as "you". "Licensees" and
  555. "recipients" may be individuals or organizations.
  556. To "modify" a work means to copy from or adapt all or part of the work
  557. in a fashion requiring copyright permission, other than the making of an
  558. exact copy. The resulting work is called a "modified version" of the
  559. earlier work or a work "based on" the earlier work.
  560. A "covered work" means either the unmodified Program or a work based
  561. on the Program.
  562. To "propagate" a work means to do anything with it that, without
  563. permission, would make you directly or secondarily liable for
  564. infringement under applicable copyright law, except executing it on a
  565. computer or modifying a private copy. Propagation includes copying,
  566. distribution (with or without modification), making available to the
  567. public, and in some countries other activities as well.
  568. To "convey" a work means any kind of propagation that enables other
  569. parties to make or receive copies. Mere interaction with a user through
  570. a computer network, with no transfer of a copy, is not conveying.
  571. An interactive user interface displays "Appropriate Legal Notices"
  572. to the extent that it includes a convenient and prominently visible
  573. feature that (1) displays an appropriate copyright notice, and (2)
  574. tells the user that there is no warranty for the work (except to the
  575. extent that warranties are provided), that licensees may convey the
  576. work under this License, and how to view a copy of this License. If
  577. the interface presents a list of user commands or options, such as a
  578. menu, a prominent item in the list meets this criterion.
  579. 1. Source Code.
  580. The "source code" for a work means the preferred form of the work
  581. for making modifications to it. "Object code" means any non-source
  582. form of a work.
  583. A "Standard Interface" means an interface that either is an official
  584. standard defined by a recognized standards body, or, in the case of
  585. interfaces specified for a particular programming language, one that
  586. is widely used among developers working in that language.
  587. The "System Libraries" of an executable work include anything, other
  588. than the work as a whole, that (a) is included in the normal form of
  589. packaging a Major Component, but which is not part of that Major
  590. Component, and (b) serves only to enable use of the work with that
  591. Major Component, or to implement a Standard Interface for which an
  592. implementation is available to the public in source code form. A
  593. "Major Component", in this context, means a major essential component
  594. (kernel, window system, and so on) of the specific operating system
  595. (if any) on which the executable work runs, or a compiler used to
  596. produce the work, or an object code interpreter used to run it.
  597. The "Corresponding Source" for a work in object code form means all
  598. the source code needed to generate, install, and (for an executable
  599. work) run the object code and to modify the work, including scripts to
  600. control those activities. However, it does not include the work's
  601. System Libraries, or general-purpose tools or generally available free
  602. programs which are used unmodified in performing those activities but
  603. which are not part of the work. For example, Corresponding Source
  604. includes interface definition files associated with source files for
  605. the work, and the source code for shared libraries and dynamically
  606. linked subprograms that the work is specifically designed to require,
  607. such as by intimate data communication or control flow between those
  608. subprograms and other parts of the work.
  609. The Corresponding Source need not include anything that users
  610. can regenerate automatically from other parts of the Corresponding
  611. Source.
  612. The Corresponding Source for a work in source code form is that
  613. same work.
  614. 2. Basic Permissions.
  615. All rights granted under this License are granted for the term of
  616. copyright on the Program, and are irrevocable provided the stated
  617. conditions are met. This License explicitly affirms your unlimited
  618. permission to run the unmodified Program. The output from running a
  619. covered work is covered by this License only if the output, given its
  620. content, constitutes a covered work. This License acknowledges your
  621. rights of fair use or other equivalent, as provided by copyright law.
  622. You may make, run and propagate covered works that you do not
  623. convey, without conditions so long as your license otherwise remains
  624. in force. You may convey covered works to others for the sole purpose
  625. of having them make modifications exclusively for you, or provide you
  626. with facilities for running those works, provided that you comply with
  627. the terms of this License in conveying all material for which you do
  628. not control copyright. Those thus making or running the covered works
  629. for you must do so exclusively on your behalf, under your direction
  630. and control, on terms that prohibit them from making any copies of
  631. your copyrighted material outside their relationship with you.
  632. Conveying under any other circumstances is permitted solely under
  633. the conditions stated below. Sublicensing is not allowed; section 10
  634. makes it unnecessary.
  635. 3. Protecting Users' Legal Rights From Anti-Circumvention Law.
  636. No covered work shall be deemed part of an effective technological
  637. measure under any applicable law fulfilling obligations under article
  638. 11 of the WIPO copyright treaty adopted on 20 December 1996, or
  639. similar laws prohibiting or restricting circumvention of such
  640. measures.
  641. When you convey a covered work, you waive any legal power to forbid
  642. circumvention of technological measures to the extent such circumvention
  643. is effected by exercising rights under this License with respect to
  644. the covered work, and you disclaim any intention to limit operation or
  645. modification of the work as a means of enforcing, against the work's
  646. users, your or third parties' legal rights to forbid circumvention of
  647. technological measures.
  648. 4. Conveying Verbatim Copies.
  649. You may convey verbatim copies of the Program's source code as you
  650. receive it, in any medium, provided that you conspicuously and
  651. appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate copyright notice;
  652. keep intact all notices stating that this License and any
  653. non-permissive terms added in accord with section 7 apply to the code;
  654. keep intact all notices of the absence of any warranty; and give all
  655. recipients a copy of this License along with the Program.
  656. You may charge any price or no price for each copy that you convey,
  657. and you may offer support or warranty protection for a fee.
  658. 5. Conveying Modified Source Versions.
  659. You may convey a work based on the Program, or the modifications to
  660. produce it from the Program, in the form of source code under the
  661. terms of section 4, provided that you also meet all of these conditions:
  662. a) The work must carry prominent notices stating that you modified
  663. it, and giving a relevant date.
  664. b) The work must carry prominent notices stating that it is
  665. released under this License and any conditions added under section
  666. 7. This requirement modifies the requirement in section 4 to
  667. "keep intact all notices".
  668. c) You must license the entire work, as a whole, under this
  669. License to anyone who comes into possession of a copy. This
  670. License will therefore apply, along with any applicable section 7
  671. additional terms, to the whole of the work, and all its parts,
  672. regardless of how they are packaged. This License gives no
  673. permission to license the work in any other way, but it does not
  674. invalidate such permission if you have separately received it.
  675. d) If the work has interactive user interfaces, each must display
  676. Appropriate Legal Notices; however, if the Program has interactive
  677. interfaces that do not display Appropriate Legal Notices, your
  678. work need not make them do so.
  679. A compilation of a covered work with other separate and independent
  680. works, which are not by their nature extensions of the covered work,
  681. and which are not combined with it such as to form a larger program,
  682. in or on a volume of a storage or distribution medium, is called an
  683. "aggregate" if the compilation and its resulting copyright are not
  684. used to limit the access or legal rights of the compilation's users
  685. beyond what the individual works permit. Inclusion of a covered work
  686. in an aggregate does not cause this License to apply to the other
  687. parts of the aggregate.
  688. 6. Conveying Non-Source Forms.
  689. You may convey a covered work in object code form under the terms
  690. of sections 4 and 5, provided that you also convey the
  691. machine-readable Corresponding Source under the terms of this License,
  692. in one of these ways:
  693. a) Convey the object code in, or embodied in, a physical product
  694. (including a physical distribution medium), accompanied by the
  695. Corresponding Source fixed on a durable physical medium
  696. customarily used for software interchange.
  697. b) Convey the object code in, or embodied in, a physical product
  698. (including a physical distribution medium), accompanied by a
  699. written offer, valid for at least three years and valid for as
  700. long as you offer spare parts or customer support for that product
  701. model, to give anyone who possesses the object code either (1) a
  702. copy of the Corresponding Source for all the software in the
  703. product that is covered by this License, on a durable physical
  704. medium customarily used for software interchange, for a price no
  705. more than your reasonable cost of physically performing this
  706. conveying of source, or (2) access to copy the
  707. Corresponding Source from a network server at no charge.
  708. c) Convey individual copies of the object code with a copy of the
  709. written offer to provide the Corresponding Source. This
  710. alternative is allowed only occasionally and noncommercially, and
  711. only if you received the object code with such an offer, in accord
  712. with subsection 6b.
  713. d) Convey the object code by offering access from a designated
  714. place (gratis or for a charge), and offer equivalent access to the
  715. Corresponding Source in the same way through the same place at no
  716. further charge. You need not require recipients to copy the
  717. Corresponding Source along with the object code. If the place to
  718. copy the object code is a network server, the Corresponding Source
  719. may be on a different server (operated by you or a third party)
  720. that supports equivalent copying facilities, provided you maintain
  721. clear directions next to the object code saying where to find the
  722. Corresponding Source. Regardless of what server hosts the
  723. Corresponding Source, you remain obligated to ensure that it is
  724. available for as long as needed to satisfy these requirements.
  725. e) Convey the object code using peer-to-peer transmission, provided
  726. you inform other peers where the object code and Corresponding
  727. Source of the work are being offered to the general public at no
  728. charge under subsection 6d.
  729. A separable portion of the object code, whose source code is excluded
  730. from the Corresponding Source as a System Library, need not be
  731. included in conveying the object code work.
  732. A "User Product" is either (1) a "consumer product", which means any
  733. tangible personal property which is normally used for personal, family,
  734. or household purposes, or (2) anything designed or sold for incorporation
  735. into a dwelling. In determining whether a product is a consumer product,
  736. doubtful cases shall be resolved in favor of coverage. For a particular
  737. product received by a particular user, "normally used" refers to a
  738. typical or common use of that class of product, regardless of the status
  739. of the particular user or of the way in which the particular user
  740. actually uses, or expects or is expected to use, the product. A product
  741. is a consumer product regardless of whether the product has substantial
  742. commercial, industrial or non-consumer uses, unless such uses represent
  743. the only significant mode of use of the product.
  744. "Installation Information" for a User Product means any methods,
  745. procedures, authorization keys, or other information required to install
  746. and execute modified versions of a covered work in that User Product from
  747. a modified version of its Corresponding Source. The information must
  748. suffice to ensure that the continued functioning of the modified object
  749. code is in no case prevented or interfered with solely because
  750. modification has been made.
  751. If you convey an object code work under this section in, or with, or
  752. specifically for use in, a User Product, and the conveying occurs as
  753. part of a transaction in which the right of possession and use of the
  754. User Product is transferred to the recipient in perpetuity or for a
  755. fixed term (regardless of how the transaction is characterized), the
  756. Corresponding Source conveyed under this section must be accompanied
  757. by the Installation Information. But this requirement does not apply
  758. if neither you nor any third party retains the ability to install
  759. modified object code on the User Product (for example, the work has
  760. been installed in ROM).
  761. The requirement to provide Installation Information does not include a
  762. requirement to continue to provide support service, warranty, or updates
  763. for a work that has been modified or installed by the recipient, or for
  764. the User Product in which it has been modified or installed. Access to a
  765. network may be denied when the modification itself materially and
  766. adversely affects the operation of the network or violates the rules and
  767. protocols for communication across the network.
  768. Corresponding Source conveyed, and Installation Information provided,
  769. in accord with this section must be in a format that is publicly
  770. documented (and with an implementation available to the public in
  771. source code form), and must require no special password or key for
  772. unpacking, reading or copying.
  773. 7. Additional Terms.
  774. "Additional permissions" are terms that supplement the terms of this
  775. License by making exceptions from one or more of its conditions.
  776. Additional permissions that are applicable to the entire Program shall
  777. be treated as though they were included in this License, to the extent
  778. that they are valid under applicable law. If additional permissions
  779. apply only to part of the Program, that part may be used separately
  780. under those permissions, but the entire Program remains governed by
  781. this License without regard to the additional permissions.
  782. When you convey a copy of a covered work, you may at your option
  783. remove any additional permissions from that copy, or from any part of
  784. it. (Additional permissions may be written to require their own
  785. removal in certain cases when you modify the work.) You may place
  786. additional permissions on material, added by you to a covered work,
  787. for which you have or can give appropriate copyright permission.
  788. Notwithstanding any other provision of this License, for material you
  789. add to a covered work, you may (if authorized by the copyright holders of
  790. that material) supplement the terms of this License with terms:
  791. a) Disclaiming warranty or limiting liability differently from the
  792. terms of sections 15 and 16 of this License; or
  793. b) Requiring preservation of specified reasonable legal notices or
  794. author attributions in that material or in the Appropriate Legal
  795. Notices displayed by works containing it; or
  796. c) Prohibiting misrepresentation of the origin of that material, or
  797. requiring that modified versions of such material be marked in
  798. reasonable ways as different from the original version; or
  799. d) Limiting the use for publicity purposes of names of licensors or
  800. authors of the material; or
  801. e) Declining to grant rights under trademark law for use of some
  802. trade names, trademarks, or service marks; or
  803. f) Requiring indemnification of licensors and authors of that
  804. material by anyone who conveys the material (or modified versions of
  805. it) with contractual assumptions of liability to the recipient, for
  806. any liability that these contractual assumptions directly impose on
  807. those licensors and authors.
  808. All other non-permissive additional terms are considered "further
  809. restrictions" within the meaning of section 10. If the Program as you
  810. received it, or any part of it, contains a notice stating that it is
  811. governed by this License along with a term that is a further
  812. restriction, you may remove that term. If a license document contains
  813. a further restriction but permits relicensing or conveying under this
  814. License, you may add to a covered work material governed by the terms
  815. of that license document, provided that the further restriction does
  816. not survive such relicensing or conveying.
  817. If you add terms to a covered work in accord with this section, you
  818. must place, in the relevant source files, a statement of the
  819. additional terms that apply to those files, or a notice indicating
  820. where to find the applicable terms.
  821. Additional terms, permissive or non-permissive, may be stated in the
  822. form of a separately written license, or stated as exceptions;
  823. the above requirements apply either way.
  824. 8. Termination.
  825. You may not propagate or modify a covered work except as expressly
  826. provided under this License. Any attempt otherwise to propagate or
  827. modify it is void, and will automatically terminate your rights under
  828. this License (including any patent licenses granted under the third
  829. paragraph of section 11).
  830. However, if you cease all violation of this License, then your
  831. license from a particular copyright holder is reinstated (a)
  832. provisionally, unless and until the copyright holder explicitly and
  833. finally terminates your license, and (b) permanently, if the copyright
  834. holder fails to notify you of the violation by some reasonable means
  835. prior to 60 days after the cessation.
  836. Moreover, your license from a particular copyright holder is
  837. reinstated permanently if the copyright holder notifies you of the
  838. violation by some reasonable means, this is the first time you have
  839. received notice of violation of this License (for any work) from that
  840. copyright holder, and you cure the violation prior to 30 days after
  841. your receipt of the notice.
  842. Termination of your rights under this section does not terminate the
  843. licenses of parties who have received copies or rights from you under
  844. this License. If your rights have been terminated and not permanently
  845. reinstated, you do not qualify to receive new licenses for the same
  846. material under section 10.
  847. 9. Acceptance Not Required for Having Copies.
  848. You are not required to accept this License in order to receive or
  849. run a copy of the Program. Ancillary propagation of a covered work
  850. occurring solely as a consequence of using peer-to-peer transmission
  851. to receive a copy likewise does not require acceptance. However,
  852. nothing other than this License grants you permission to propagate or
  853. modify any covered work. These actions infringe copyright if you do
  854. not accept this License. Therefore, by modifying or propagating a
  855. covered work, you indicate your acceptance of this License to do so.
  856. 10. Automatic Licensing of Downstream Recipients.
  857. Each time you convey a covered work, the recipient automatically
  858. receives a license from the original licensors, to run, modify and
  859. propagate that work, subject to this License. You are not responsible
  860. for enforcing compliance by third parties with this License.
  861. An "entity transaction" is a transaction transferring control of an
  862. organization, or substantially all assets of one, or subdividing an
  863. organization, or merging organizations. If propagation of a covered
  864. work results from an entity transaction, each party to that
  865. transaction who receives a copy of the work also receives whatever
  866. licenses to the work the party's predecessor in interest had or could
  867. give under the previous paragraph, plus a right to possession of the
  868. Corresponding Source of the work from the predecessor in interest, if
  869. the predecessor has it or can get it with reasonable efforts.
  870. You may not impose any further restrictions on the exercise of the
  871. rights granted or affirmed under this License. For example, you may
  872. not impose a license fee, royalty, or other charge for exercise of
  873. rights granted under this License, and you may not initiate litigation
  874. (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that
  875. any patent claim is infringed by making, using, selling, offering for
  876. sale, or importing the Program or any portion of it.
  877. 11. Patents.
  878. A "contributor" is a copyright holder who authorizes use under this
  879. License of the Program or a work on which the Program is based. The
  880. work thus licensed is called the contributor's "contributor version".
  881. A contributor's "essential patent claims" are all patent claims
  882. owned or controlled by the contributor, whether already acquired or
  883. hereafter acquired, that would be infringed by some manner, permitted
  884. by this License, of making, using, or selling its contributor version,
  885. but do not include claims that would be infringed only as a
  886. consequence of further modification of the contributor version. For
  887. purposes of this definition, "control" includes the right to grant
  888. patent sublicenses in a manner consistent with the requirements of
  889. this License.
  890. Each contributor grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free
  891. patent license under the contributor's essential patent claims, to
  892. make, use, sell, offer for sale, import and otherwise run, modify and
  893. propagate the contents of its contributor version.
  894. In the following three paragraphs, a "patent license" is any express
  895. agreement or commitment, however denominated, not to enforce a patent
  896. (such as an express permission to practice a patent or covenant not to
  897. sue for patent infringement). To "grant" such a patent license to a
  898. party means to make such an agreement or commitment not to enforce a
  899. patent against the party.
  900. If you convey a covered work, knowingly relying on a patent license,
  901. and the Corresponding Source of the work is not available for anyone
  902. to copy, free of charge and under the terms of this License, through a
  903. publicly available network server or other readily accessible means,
  904. then you must either (1) cause the Corresponding Source to be so
  905. available, or (2) arrange to deprive yourself of the benefit of the
  906. patent license for this particular work, or (3) arrange, in a manner
  907. consistent with the requirements of this License, to extend the patent
  908. license to downstream recipients. "Knowingly relying" means you have
  909. actual knowledge that, but for the patent license, your conveying the
  910. covered work in a country, or your recipient's use of the covered work
  911. in a country, would infringe one or more identifiable patents in that
  912. country that you have reason to believe are valid.
  913. If, pursuant to or in connection with a single transaction or
  914. arrangement, you convey, or propagate by procuring conveyance of, a
  915. covered work, and grant a patent license to some of the parties
  916. receiving the covered work authorizing them to use, propagate, modify
  917. or convey a specific copy of the covered work, then the patent license
  918. you grant is automatically extended to all recipients of the covered
  919. work and works based on it.
  920. A patent license is "discriminatory" if it does not include within
  921. the scope of its coverage, prohibits the exercise of, or is
  922. conditioned on the non-exercise of one or more of the rights that are
  923. specifically granted under this License. You may not convey a covered
  924. work if you are a party to an arrangement with a third party that is
  925. in the business of distributing software, under which you make payment
  926. to the third party based on the extent of your activity of conveying
  927. the work, and under which the third party grants, to any of the
  928. parties who would receive the covered work from you, a discriminatory
  929. patent license (a) in connection with copies of the covered work
  930. conveyed by you (or copies made from those copies), or (b) primarily
  931. for and in connection with specific products or compilations that
  932. contain the covered work, unless you entered into that arrangement,
  933. or that patent license was granted, prior to 28 March 2007.
  934. Nothing in this License shall be construed as excluding or limiting
  935. any implied license or other defenses to infringement that may
  936. otherwise be available to you under applicable patent law.
  937. 12. No Surrender of Others' Freedom.
  938. If conditions are imposed on you (whether by court order, agreement or
  939. otherwise) that contradict the conditions of this License, they do not
  940. excuse you from the conditions of this License. If you cannot convey a
  941. covered work so as to satisfy simultaneously your obligations under this
  942. License and any other pertinent obligations, then as a consequence you may
  943. not convey it at all. For example, if you agree to terms that obligate you
  944. to collect a royalty for further conveying from those to whom you convey
  945. the Program, the only way you could satisfy both those terms and this
  946. License would be to refrain entirely from conveying the Program.
  947. 13. Use with the GNU Affero General Public License.
  948. Notwithstanding any other provision of this License, you have
  949. permission to link or combine any covered work with a work licensed
  950. under version 3 of the GNU Affero General Public License into a single
  951. combined work, and to convey the resulting work. The terms of this
  952. License will continue to apply to the part which is the covered work,
  953. but the special requirements of the GNU Affero General Public License,
  954. section 13, concerning interaction through a network will apply to the
  955. combination as such.
  956. 14. Revised Versions of this License.
  957. The Free Software Foundation may publish revised and/or new versions of
  958. the GNU General Public License from time to time. Such new versions will
  959. be similar in spirit to the present version, but may differ in detail to
  960. address new problems or concerns.
  961. Each version is given a distinguishing version number. If the
  962. Program specifies that a certain numbered version of the GNU General
  963. Public License "or any later version" applies to it, you have the
  964. option of following the terms and conditions either of that numbered
  965. version or of any later version published by the Free Software
  966. Foundation. If the Program does not specify a version number of the
  967. GNU General Public License, you may choose any version ever published
  968. by the Free Software Foundation.
  969. If the Program specifies that a proxy can decide which future
  970. versions of the GNU General Public License can be used, that proxy's
  971. public statement of acceptance of a version permanently authorizes you
  972. to choose that version for the Program.
  973. Later license versions may give you additional or different
  974. permissions. However, no additional obligations are imposed on any
  975. author or copyright holder as a result of your choosing to follow a
  976. later version.
  977. 15. Disclaimer of Warranty.
  978. THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY
  979. APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT
  980. HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY
  981. OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
  982. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  983. PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM
  984. IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF
  985. ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
  986. 16. Limitation of Liability.
  987. IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING
  988. WILL ANY COPYRIGHT HOLDER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MODIFIES AND/OR CONVEYS
  989. THE PROGRAM AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY
  990. GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE
  991. USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF
  992. DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD
  993. PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS),
  994. EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
  995. SUCH DAMAGES.
  996. 17. Interpretation of Sections 15 and 16.
  997. If the disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability provided
  998. above cannot be given local legal effect according to their terms,
  999. reviewing courts shall apply local law that most closely approximates
1000. an absolute waiver of all civil liability in connection with the
1001. Program, unless a warranty or assumption of liability accompanies a
1002. copy of the Program in return for a fee.
1003. END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1004. How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs
1005. If you develop a new program, and you want it to be of the greatest
1006. possible use to the public, the best way to achieve this is to make it
1007. free software which everyone can redistribute and change under these terms.
1008. To do so, attach the following notices to the program. It is safest
1009. to attach them to the start of each source file to most effectively
1010. state the exclusion of warranty; and each file should have at least
1011. the "copyright" line and a pointer to where the full notice is found.
1012. <one line to give the program's name and a brief idea of what it does.>
  1013. Copyright (C) <year> <name of author>
1014. This program is free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify
1015. it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by
1016. the Free Software Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or
1017. (at your option) any later version.
1018. This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful,
1019. but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of
1020. MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. See the
1021. GNU General Public License for more details.
1022. You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License
1023. along with this program. If not, see <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.
1024. Also add information on how to contact you by electronic and paper mail.
1025. If the program does terminal interaction, make it output a short
1026. notice like this when it starts in an interactive mode:
  1027. <program> Copyright (C) <year> <name of author>
1028. This program comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY; for details type `show w'.
1029. This is free software, and you are welcome to redistribute it
1030. under certain conditions; type `show c' for details.
1031. The hypothetical commands `show w' and `show c' should show the appropriate
1032. parts of the General Public License. Of course, your program's commands
1033. might be different; for a GUI interface, you would use an "about box".
1034. You should also get your employer (if you work as a programmer) or school,
1035. if any, to sign a "copyright disclaimer" for the program, if necessary.
1036. For more information on this, and how to apply and follow the GNU GPL, see
  1037. <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.
1038. The GNU General Public License does not permit incorporating your program
1039. into proprietary programs. If your program is a subroutine library, you
1040. may consider it more useful to permit linking proprietary applications with
1041. the library. If this is what you want to do, use the GNU Lesser General
1042. Public License instead of this License. But first, please read
  1043. <http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/why-not-lgpl.html>.

  1160. Version 3, 29 June 2007
  1161. Copyright (C) 2007 Free Software Foundation, Inc. <http://fsf.org/>
1162. Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies
1163. of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.
  1164. Preamble
1165. The GNU General Public License is a free, copyleft license for
1166. software and other kinds of works.
1167. The licenses for most software and other practical works are designed
1168. to take away your freedom to share and change the works. By contrast,
1169. the GNU General Public License is intended to guarantee your freedom to
1170. share and change all versions of a program--to make sure it remains free
1171. software for all its users. We, the Free Software Foundation, use the
1172. GNU General Public License for most of our software; it applies also to
1173. any other work released this way by its authors. You can apply it to
  1174. your programs, too.
1175. When we speak of free software, we are referring to freedom, not
1176. price. Our General Public Licenses are designed to make sure that you
1177. have the freedom to distribute copies of free software (and charge for
1178. them if you wish), that you receive source code or can get it if you
1179. want it, that you can change the software or use pieces of it in new
1180. free programs, and that you know you can do these things.
1181. To protect your rights, we need to prevent others from denying you
1182. these rights or asking you to surrender the rights. Therefore, you have
1183. certain responsibilities if you distribute copies of the software, or if
1184. you modify it: responsibilities to respect the freedom of others.
1185. For example, if you distribute copies of such a program, whether
1186. gratis or for a fee, you must pass on to the recipients the same
1187. freedoms that you received. You must make sure that they, too, receive
1188. or can get the source code. And you must show them these terms so they
  1189. know their rights.
1190. Developers that use the GNU GPL protect your rights with two steps:
1191. (1) assert copyright on the software, and (2) offer you this License
1192. giving you legal permission to copy, distribute and/or modify it.
1193. For the developers' and authors' protection, the GPL clearly explains
1194. that there is no warranty for this free software. For both users' and
1195. authors' sake, the GPL requires that modified versions be marked as
1196. changed, so that their problems will not be attributed erroneously to
  1197. authors of previous versions.
1198. Some devices are designed to deny users access to install or run
1199. modified versions of the software inside them, although the manufacturer
1200. can do so. This is fundamentally incompatible with the aim of
1201. protecting users' freedom to change the software. The systematic
1202. pattern of such abuse occurs in the area of products for individuals to
1203. use, which is precisely where it is most unacceptable. Therefore, we
1204. have designed this version of the GPL to prohibit the practice for those
1205. products. If such problems arise substantially in other domains, we
1206. stand ready to extend this provision to those domains in future versions
1207. of the GPL, as needed to protect the freedom of users.
1208. Finally, every program is threatened constantly by software patents.
1209. States should not allow patents to restrict development and use of
1210. software on general-purpose computers, but in those that do, we wish to
1211. avoid the special danger that patents applied to a free program could
1212. make it effectively proprietary. To prevent this, the GPL assures that
1213. patents cannot be used to render the program non-free.
1214. The precise terms and conditions for copying, distribution and
  1215. modification follow.
  1216. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1217. 0. Definitions.
1218. "This License" refers to version 3 of the GNU General Public License.
1219. "Copyright" also means copyright-like laws that apply to other kinds of
1220. works, such as semiconductor masks.
1221. "The Program" refers to any copyrightable work licensed under this
1222. License. Each licensee is addressed as "you". "Licensees" and
1223. "recipients" may be individuals or organizations.
1224. To "modify" a work means to copy from or adapt all or part of the work
1225. in a fashion requiring copyright permission, other than the making of an
1226. exact copy. The resulting work is called a "modified version" of the
1227. earlier work or a work "based on" the earlier work.
1228. A "covered work" means either the unmodified Program or a work based
  1229. on the Program.
1230. To "propagate" a work means to do anything with it that, without
1231. permission, would make you directly or secondarily liable for
1232. infringement under applicable copyright law, except executing it on a
1233. computer or modifying a private copy. Propagation includes copying,
1234. distribution (with or without modification), making available to the
1235. public, and in some countries other activities as well.
1236. To "convey" a work means any kind of propagation that enables other
1237. parties to make or receive copies. Mere interaction with a user through
1238. a computer network, with no transfer of a copy, is not conveying.
1239. An interactive user interface displays "Appropriate Legal Notices"
1240. to the extent that it includes a convenient and prominently visible
1241. feature that (1) displays an appropriate copyright notice, and (2)
1242. tells the user that there is no warranty for the work (except to the
1243. extent that warranties are provided), that licensees may convey the
1244. work under this License, and how to view a copy of this License. If
1245. the interface presents a list of user commands or options, such as a
1246. menu, a prominent item in the list meets this criterion.
  1247. 1. Source Code.
1248. The "source code" for a work means the preferred form of the work
1249. for making modifications to it. "Object code" means any non-source
  1250. form of a work.
1251. A "Standard Interface" means an interface that either is an official
1252. standard defined by a recognized standards body, or, in the case of
1253. interfaces specified for a particular programming language, one that
1254. is widely used among developers working in that language.
1255. The "System Libraries" of an executable work include anything, other
1256. than the work as a whole, that (a) is included in the normal form of
1257. packaging a Major Component, but which is not part of that Major
1258. Component, and (b) serves only to enable use of the work with that
1259. Major Component, or to implement a Standard Interface for which an
1260. implementation is available to the public in source code form. A
1261. "Major Component", in this context, means a major essential component
1262. (kernel, window system, and so on) of the specific operating system
1263. (if any) on which the executable work runs, or a compiler used to
1264. produce the work, or an object code interpreter used to run it.
1265. The "Corresponding Source" for a work in object code form means all
1266. the source code needed to generate, install, and (for an executable
1267. work) run the object code and to modify the work, including scripts to
1268. control those activities. However, it does not include the work's
1269. System Libraries, or general-purpose tools or generally available free
1270. programs which are used unmodified in performing those activities but
1271. which are not part of the work. For example, Corresponding Source
1272. includes interface definition files associated with source files for
1273. the work, and the source code for shared libraries and dynamically
1274. linked subprograms that the work is specifically designed to require,
1275. such as by intimate data communication or control flow between those
1276. subprograms and other parts of the work.
1277. The Corresponding Source need not include anything that users
1278. can regenerate automatically from other parts of the Corresponding
  1279. Source.
1280. The Corresponding Source for a work in source code form is that
  1281. same work.
  1282. 2. Basic Permissions.
1283. All rights granted under this License are granted for the term of
1284. copyright on the Program, and are irrevocable provided the stated
1285. conditions are met. This License explicitly affirms your unlimited
1286. permission to run the unmodified Program. The output from running a
1287. covered work is covered by this License only if the output, given its
1288. content, constitutes a covered work. This License acknowledges your
1289. rights of fair use or other equivalent, as provided by copyright law.
1290. You may make, run and propagate covered works that you do not
1291. convey, without conditions so long as your license otherwise remains
1292. in force. You may convey covered works to others for the sole purpose
1293. of having them make modifications exclusively for you, or provide you
1294. with facilities for running those works, provided that you comply with
1295. the terms of this License in conveying all material for which you do
1296. not control copyright. Those thus making or running the covered works
1297. for you must do so exclusively on your behalf, under your direction
1298. and control, on terms that prohibit them from making any copies of
1299. your copyrighted material outside their relationship with you.
1300. Conveying under any other circumstances is permitted solely under
1301. the conditions stated below. Sublicensing is not allowed; section 10
  1302. makes it unnecessary.
1303. 3. Protecting Users' Legal Rights From Anti-Circumvention Law.
1304. No covered work shall be deemed part of an effective technological
1305. measure under any applicable law fulfilling obligations under article
1306. 11 of the WIPO copyright treaty adopted on 20 December 1996, or
1307. similar laws prohibiting or restricting circumvention of such
  1308. measures.
1309. When you convey a covered work, you waive any legal power to forbid
1310. circumvention of technological measures to the extent such circumvention
1311. is effected by exercising rights under this License with respect to
1312. the covered work, and you disclaim any intention to limit operation or
1313. modification of the work as a means of enforcing, against the work's
1314. users, your or third parties' legal rights to forbid circumvention of
  1315. technological measures.
  1316. 4. Conveying Verbatim Copies.
1317. You may convey verbatim copies of the Program's source code as you
1318. receive it, in any medium, provided that you conspicuously and
  1319. appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate copyright notice;
1320. keep intact all notices stating that this License and any
  1321. non-permissive terms added in accord with section 7 apply to the code;
1322. keep intact all notices of the absence of any warranty; and give all
1323. recipients a copy of this License along with the Program.
1324. You may charge any price or no price for each copy that you convey,
1325. and you may offer support or warranty protection for a fee.
1326. 5. Conveying Modified Source Versions.
1327. You may convey a work based on the Program, or the modifications to
1328. produce it from the Program, in the form of source code under the
1329. terms of section 4, provided that you also meet all of these conditions:
1330. a) The work must carry prominent notices stating that you modified
1331. it, and giving a relevant date.
1332. b) The work must carry prominent notices stating that it is
1333. released under this License and any conditions added under section
1334. 7. This requirement modifies the requirement in section 4 to
  1335. "keep intact all notices".
1336. c) You must license the entire work, as a whole, under this
1337. License to anyone who comes into possession of a copy. This
1338. License will therefore apply, along with any applicable section 7
1339. additional terms, to the whole of the work, and all its parts,
1340. regardless of how they are packaged. This License gives no
1341. permission to license the work in any other way, but it does not
1342. invalidate such permission if you have separately received it.
1343. d) If the work has interactive user interfaces, each must display
1344. Appropriate Legal Notices; however, if the Program has interactive
1345. interfaces that do not display Appropriate Legal Notices, your
1346. work need not make them do so.
1347. A compilation of a covered work with other separate and independent
1348. works, which are not by their nature extensions of the covered work,
1349. and which are not combined with it such as to form a larger program,
1350. in or on a volume of a storage or distribution medium, is called an
1351. "aggregate" if the compilation and its resulting copyright are not
1352. used to limit the access or legal rights of the compilation's users
1353. beyond what the individual works permit. Inclusion of a covered work
1354. in an aggregate does not cause this License to apply to the other
  1355. parts of the aggregate.
  1356. 6. Conveying Non-Source Forms.
1357. You may convey a covered work in object code form under the terms
1358. of sections 4 and 5, provided that you also convey the
1359. machine-readable Corresponding Source under the terms of this License,
1360. in one of these ways:
1361. a) Convey the object code in, or embodied in, a physical product
1362. (including a physical distribution medium), accompanied by the
1363. Corresponding Source fixed on a durable physical medium
1364. customarily used for software interchange.
1365. b) Convey the object code in, or embodied in, a physical product
1366. (including a physical distribution medium), accompanied by a
1367. written offer, valid for at least three years and valid for as
1368. long as you offer spare parts or customer support for that product
1369. model, to give anyone who possesses the object code either (1) a
1370. copy of the Corresponding Source for all the software in the
1371. product that is covered by this License, on a durable physical
1372. medium customarily used for software interchange, for a price no
1373. more than your reasonable cost of physically performing this
1374. conveying of source, or (2) access to copy the
1375. Corresponding Source from a network server at no charge.
1376. c) Convey individual copies of the object code with a copy of the
1377. written offer to provide the Corresponding Source. This
1378. alternative is allowed only occasionally and noncommercially, and
1379. only if you received the object code with such an offer, in accord
  1380. with subsection 6b.
1381. d) Convey the object code by offering access from a designated
1382. place (gratis or for a charge), and offer equivalent access to the
1383. Corresponding Source in the same way through the same place at no
1384. further charge. You need not require recipients to copy the
1385. Corresponding Source along with the object code. If the place to
1386. copy the object code is a network server, the Corresponding Source
1387. may be on a different server (operated by you or a third party)
1388. that supports equivalent copying facilities, provided you maintain
1389. clear directions next to the object code saying where to find the
1390. Corresponding Source. Regardless of what server hosts the
1391. Corresponding Source, you remain obligated to ensure that it is
1392. available for as long as needed to satisfy these requirements.
1393. e) Convey the object code using peer-to-peer transmission, provided
1394. you inform other peers where the object code and Corresponding
1395. Source of the work are being offered to the general public at no
  1396. charge under subsection 6d.
1397. A separable portion of the object code, whose source code is excluded
1398. from the Corresponding Source as a System Library, need not be
1399. included in conveying the object code work.
1400. A "User Product" is either (1) a "consumer product", which means any
1401. tangible personal property which is normally used for personal, family,
1402. or household purposes, or (2) anything designed or sold for incorporation
1403. into a dwelling. In determining whether a product is a consumer product,
1404. doubtful cases shall be resolved in favor of coverage. For a particular
1405. product received by a particular user, "normally used" refers to a
1406. typical or common use of that class of product, regardless of the status
1407. of the particular user or of the way in which the particular user
1408. actually uses, or expects or is expected to use, the product. A product
1409. is a consumer product regardless of whether the product has substantial
1410. commercial, industrial or non-consumer uses, unless such uses represent
1411. the only significant mode of use of the product.
1412. "Installation Information" for a User Product means any methods,
1413. procedures, authorization keys, or other information required to install
1414. and execute modified versions of a covered work in that User Product from
1415. a modified version of its Corresponding Source. The information must
1416. suffice to ensure that the continued functioning of the modified object
1417. code is in no case prevented or interfered with solely because
  1418. modification has been made.
1419. If you convey an object code work under this section in, or with, or
1420. specifically for use in, a User Product, and the conveying occurs as
1421. part of a transaction in which the right of possession and use of the
1422. User Product is transferred to the recipient in perpetuity or for a
1423. fixed term (regardless of how the transaction is characterized), the
1424. Corresponding Source conveyed under this section must be accompanied
1425. by the Installation Information. But this requirement does not apply
1426. if neither you nor any third party retains the ability to install
1427. modified object code on the User Product (for example, the work has
  1428. been installed in ROM).
1429. The requirement to provide Installation Information does not include a
1430. requirement to continue to provide support service, warranty, or updates
1431. for a work that has been modified or installed by the recipient, or for
1432. the User Product in which it has been modified or installed. Access to a
1433. network may be denied when the modification itself materially and
1434. adversely affects the operation of the network or violates the rules and
1435. protocols for communication across the network.
1436. Corresponding Source conveyed, and Installation Information provided,
1437. in accord with this section must be in a format that is publicly
1438. documented (and with an implementation available to the public in
1439. source code form), and must require no special password or key for
  1440. unpacking, reading or copying.
  1441. 7. Additional Terms.
1442. "Additional permissions" are terms that supplement the terms of this
1443. License by making exceptions from one or more of its conditions.
1444. Additional permissions that are applicable to the entire Program shall
1445. be treated as though they were included in this License, to the extent
1446. that they are valid under applicable law. If additional permissions
1447. apply only to part of the Program, that part may be used separately
1448. under those permissions, but the entire Program remains governed by
1449. this License without regard to the additional permissions.
1450. When you convey a copy of a covered work, you may at your option
1451. remove any additional permissions from that copy, or from any part of
1452. it. (Additional permissions may be written to require their own
1453. removal in certain cases when you modify the work.) You may place
1454. additional permissions on material, added by you to a covered work,
1455. for which you have or can give appropriate copyright permission.
1456. Notwithstanding any other provision of this License, for material you
1457. add to a covered work, you may (if authorized by the copyright holders of
1458. that material) supplement the terms of this License with terms:
1459. a) Disclaiming warranty or limiting liability differently from the
1460. terms of sections 15 and 16 of this License; or
1461. b) Requiring preservation of specified reasonable legal notices or
1462. author attributions in that material or in the Appropriate Legal
1463. Notices displayed by works containing it; or
1464. c) Prohibiting misrepresentation of the origin of that material, or
1465. requiring that modified versions of such material be marked in
1466. reasonable ways as different from the original version; or
1467. d) Limiting the use for publicity purposes of names of licensors or
1468. authors of the material; or
1469. e) Declining to grant rights under trademark law for use of some
1470. trade names, trademarks, or service marks; or
1471. f) Requiring indemnification of licensors and authors of that
1472. material by anyone who conveys the material (or modified versions of
1473. it) with contractual assumptions of liability to the recipient, for
1474. any liability that these contractual assumptions directly impose on
  1475. those licensors and authors.
1476. All other non-permissive additional terms are considered "further
1477. restrictions" within the meaning of section 10. If the Program as you
1478. received it, or any part of it, contains a notice stating that it is
1479. governed by this License along with a term that is a further
1480. restriction, you may remove that term. If a license document contains
1481. a further restriction but permits relicensing or conveying under this
1482. License, you may add to a covered work material governed by the terms
1483. of that license document, provided that the further restriction does
1484. not survive such relicensing or conveying.
1485. If you add terms to a covered work in accord with this section, you
1486. must place, in the relevant source files, a statement of the
1487. additional terms that apply to those files, or a notice indicating
1488. where to find the applicable terms.
1489. Additional terms, permissive or non-permissive, may be stated in the
  1490. form of a separately written license, or stated as exceptions;
1491. the above requirements apply either way.
  1492. 8. Termination.
1493. You may not propagate or modify a covered work except as expressly
1494. provided under this License. Any attempt otherwise to propagate or
1495. modify it is void, and will automatically terminate your rights under
1496. this License (including any patent licenses granted under the third
  1497. paragraph of section 11).
1498. However, if you cease all violation of this License, then your
1499. license from a particular copyright holder is reinstated (a)
1500. provisionally, unless and until the copyright holder explicitly and
1501. finally terminates your license, and (b) permanently, if the copyright
1502. holder fails to notify you of the violation by some reasonable means
1503. prior to 60 days after the cessation.
1504. Moreover, your license from a particular copyright holder is
1505. reinstated permanently if the copyright holder notifies you of the
1506. violation by some reasonable means, this is the first time you have
1507. received notice of violation of this License (for any work) from that
1508. copyright holder, and you cure the violation prior to 30 days after
1509. your receipt of the notice.
1510. Termination of your rights under this section does not terminate the
1511. licenses of parties who have received copies or rights from you under
1512. this License. If your rights have been terminated and not permanently
1513. reinstated, you do not qualify to receive new licenses for the same
  1514. material under section 10.
1515. 9. Acceptance Not Required for Having Copies.
1516. You are not required to accept this License in order to receive or
1517. run a copy of the Program. Ancillary propagation of a covered work
1518. occurring solely as a consequence of using peer-to-peer transmission
1519. to receive a copy likewise does not require acceptance. However,
1520. nothing other than this License grants you permission to propagate or
1521. modify any covered work. These actions infringe copyright if you do
1522. not accept this License. Therefore, by modifying or propagating a
1523. covered work, you indicate your acceptance of this License to do so.
1524. 10. Automatic Licensing of Downstream Recipients.
1525. Each time you convey a covered work, the recipient automatically
1526. receives a license from the original licensors, to run, modify and
1527. propagate that work, subject to this License. You are not responsible
1528. for enforcing compliance by third parties with this License.
1529. An "entity transaction" is a transaction transferring control of an
1530. organization, or substantially all assets of one, or subdividing an
1531. organization, or merging organizations. If propagation of a covered
1532. work results from an entity transaction, each party to that
1533. transaction who receives a copy of the work also receives whatever
1534. licenses to the work the party's predecessor in interest had or could
1535. give under the previous paragraph, plus a right to possession of the
1536. Corresponding Source of the work from the predecessor in interest, if
1537. the predecessor has it or can get it with reasonable efforts.
1538. You may not impose any further restrictions on the exercise of the
1539. rights granted or affirmed under this License. For example, you may
1540. not impose a license fee, royalty, or other charge for exercise of
1541. rights granted under this License, and you may not initiate litigation
1542. (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that
1543. any patent claim is infringed by making, using, selling, offering for
1544. sale, or importing the Program or any portion of it.
  1545. 11. Patents.
1546. A "contributor" is a copyright holder who authorizes use under this
1547. License of the Program or a work on which the Program is based. The
1548. work thus licensed is called the contributor's "contributor version".
1549. A contributor's "essential patent claims" are all patent claims
1550. owned or controlled by the contributor, whether already acquired or
1551. hereafter acquired, that would be infringed by some manner, permitted
1552. by this License, of making, using, or selling its contributor version,
1553. but do not include claims that would be infringed only as a
1554. consequence of further modification of the contributor version. For
1555. purposes of this definition, "control" includes the right to grant
1556. patent sublicenses in a manner consistent with the requirements of
  1557. this License.
  1558. Each contributor grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free
1559. patent license under the contributor's essential patent claims, to
1560. make, use, sell, offer for sale, import and otherwise run, modify and
1561. propagate the contents of its contributor version.
1562. In the following three paragraphs, a "patent license" is any express
1563. agreement or commitment, however denominated, not to enforce a patent
1564. (such as an express permission to practice a patent or covenant not to
1565. sue for patent infringement). To "grant" such a patent license to a
1566. party means to make such an agreement or commitment not to enforce a
  1567. patent against the party.
1568. If you convey a covered work, knowingly relying on a patent license,
1569. and the Corresponding Source of the work is not available for anyone
1570. to copy, free of charge and under the terms of this License, through a
1571. publicly available network server or other readily accessible means,
1572. then you must either (1) cause the Corresponding Source to be so
1573. available, or (2) arrange to deprive yourself of the benefit of the
1574. patent license for this particular work, or (3) arrange, in a manner
1575. consistent with the requirements of this License, to extend the patent
1576. license to downstream recipients. "Knowingly relying" means you have
1577. actual knowledge that, but for the patent license, your conveying the
1578. covered work in a country, or your recipient's use of the covered work
1579. in a country, would infringe one or more identifiable patents in that
1580. country that you have reason to believe are valid.
1581. If, pursuant to or in connection with a single transaction or
1582. arrangement, you convey, or propagate by procuring conveyance of, a
1583. covered work, and grant a patent license to some of the parties
1584. receiving the covered work authorizing them to use, propagate, modify
1585. or convey a specific copy of the covered work, then the patent license
1586. you grant is automatically extended to all recipients of the covered
1587. work and works based on it.
1588. A patent license is "discriminatory" if it does not include within
1589. the scope of its coverage, prohibits the exercise of, or is
1590. conditioned on the non-exercise of one or more of the rights that are
1591. specifically granted under this License. You may not convey a covered
1592. work if you are a party to an arrangement with a third party that is
1593. in the business of distributing software, under which you make payment
1594. to the third party based on the extent of your activity of conveying
1595. the work, and under which the third party grants, to any of the
1596. parties who would receive the covered work from you, a discriminatory
1597. patent license (a) in connection with copies of the covered work
1598. conveyed by you (or copies made from those copies), or (b) primarily
1599. for and in connection with specific products or compilations that
1600. contain the covered work, unless you entered into that arrangement,
1601. or that patent license was granted, prior to 28 March 2007.
1602. Nothing in this License shall be construed as excluding or limiting
1603. any implied license or other defenses to infringement that may
1604. otherwise be available to you under applicable patent law.
1605. 12. No Surrender of Others' Freedom.
1606. If conditions are imposed on you (whether by court order, agreement or
1607. otherwise) that contradict the conditions of this License, they do not
1608. excuse you from the conditions of this License. If you cannot convey a
1609. covered work so as to satisfy simultaneously your obligations under this
1610. License and any other pertinent obligations, then as a consequence you may
1611. not convey it at all. For example, if you agree to terms that obligate you
1612. to collect a royalty for further conveying from those to whom you convey
1613. the Program, the only way you could satisfy both those terms and this
1614. License would be to refrain entirely from conveying the Program.
1615. 13. Use with the GNU Affero General Public License.
1616. Notwithstanding any other provision of this License, you have
1617. permission to link or combine any covered work with a work licensed
1618. under version 3 of the GNU Affero General Public License into a single
1619. combined work, and to convey the resulting work. The terms of this
1620. License will continue to apply to the part which is the covered work,
1621. but the special requirements of the GNU Affero General Public License,
1622. section 13, concerning interaction through a network will apply to the
  1623. combination as such.
1624. 14. Revised Versions of this License.
1625. The Free Software Foundation may publish revised and/or new versions of
1626. the GNU General Public License from time to time. Such new versions will
1627. be similar in spirit to the present version, but may differ in detail to
1628. address new problems or concerns.
1629. Each version is given a distinguishing version number. If the
1630. Program specifies that a certain numbered version of the GNU General
1631. Public License "or any later version" applies to it, you have the
1632. option of following the terms and conditions either of that numbered
1633. version or of any later version published by the Free Software
1634. Foundation. If the Program does not specify a version number of the
1635. GNU General Public License, you may choose any version ever published
1636. by the Free Software Foundation.
1637. If the Program specifies that a proxy can decide which future
1638. versions of the GNU General Public License can be used, that proxy's
1639. public statement of acceptance of a version permanently authorizes you
1640. to choose that version for the Program.
1641. Later license versions may give you additional or different
1642. permissions. However, no additional obligations are imposed on any
1643. author or copyright holder as a result of your choosing to follow a
  1644. later version.
  1645. 15. Disclaimer of Warranty.
1646. THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY
1647. APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT
1648. HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY
1649. OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
1650. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
1651. PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM
1652. IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF
1653. ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
  1654. 16. Limitation of Liability.
1655. IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING
1656. WILL ANY COPYRIGHT HOLDER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MODIFIES AND/OR CONVEYS
1657. THE PROGRAM AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY
1658. GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE
1659. USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF
1660. DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD
1661. PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS),
1662. EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
  1663. SUCH DAMAGES.
  1664. 17. Interpretation of Sections 15 and 16.
1665. If the disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability provided
1666. above cannot be given local legal effect according to their terms,
1667. reviewing courts shall apply local law that most closely approximates
1668. an absolute waiver of all civil liability in connection with the
1669. Program, unless a warranty or assumption of liability accompanies a
1670. copy of the Program in return for a fee.
1671. END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1672. How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs
1673. If you develop a new program, and you want it to be of the greatest
1674. possible use to the public, the best way to achieve this is to make it
1675. free software which everyone can redistribute and change under these terms.
1676. To do so, attach the following notices to the program. It is safest
1677. to attach them to the start of each source file to most effectively
1678. state the exclusion of warranty; and each file should have at least
1679. the "copyright" line and a pointer to where the full notice is found.
1680. <one line to give the program's name and a brief idea of what it does.>
  1681. Copyright (C) <year> <name of author>
1682. This program is free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify
1683. it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by
1684. the Free Software Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or
1685. (at your option) any later version.
1686. This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful,
1687. but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of
1688. MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. See the
1689. GNU General Public License for more details.
1690. You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License
1691. along with this program. If not, see <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.
1692. Also add information on how to contact you by electronic and paper mail.
1693. If the program does terminal interaction, make it output a short
1694. notice like this when it starts in an interactive mode:
  1695. <program> Copyright (C) <year> <name of author>
1696. This program comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY; for details type `show w'.
1697. This is free software, and you are welcome to redistribute it
1698. under certain conditions; type `show c' for details.
1699. The hypothetical commands `show w' and `show c' should show the appropriate
1700. parts of the General Public License. Of course, your program's commands
1701. might be different; for a GUI interface, you would use an "about box".
1702. You should also get your employer (if you work as a programmer) or school,
1703. if any, to sign a "copyright disclaimer" for the program, if necessary.
1704. For more information on this, and how to apply and follow the GNU GPL, see
  1705. <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.
1706. The GNU General Public License does not permit incorporating your program
1707. into proprietary programs. If your program is a subroutine library, you
1708. may consider it more useful to permit linking proprietary applications with
1709. the library. If this is what you want to do, use the GNU Lesser General
1710. Public License instead of this License. But first, please read

1846. <Text><![CDATA[ GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE
  1847. Version 3, 29 June 2007
  1848. Copyright (C) 2007 Free Software Foundation, Inc. <http://fsf.org/>
1849. Everyone is permitted to copy and distribute verbatim copies
1850. of this license document, but changing it is not allowed.
  1851. Preamble
1852. The GNU General Public License is a free, copyleft license for
1853. software and other kinds of works.
1854. The licenses for most software and other practical works are designed
1855. to take away your freedom to share and change the works. By contrast,
1856. the GNU General Public License is intended to guarantee your freedom to
1857. share and change all versions of a program--to make sure it remains free
1858. software for all its users. We, the Free Software Foundation, use the
1859. GNU General Public License for most of our software; it applies also to
1860. any other work released this way by its authors. You can apply it to
  1861. your programs, too.
1862. When we speak of free software, we are referring to freedom, not
1863. price. Our General Public Licenses are designed to make sure that you
1864. have the freedom to distribute copies of free software (and charge for
1865. them if you wish), that you receive source code or can get it if you
1866. want it, that you can change the software or use pieces of it in new
1867. free programs, and that you know you can do these things.
1868. To protect your rights, we need to prevent others from denying you
1869. these rights or asking you to surrender the rights. Therefore, you have
1870. certain responsibilities if you distribute copies of the software, or if
1871. you modify it: responsibilities to respect the freedom of others.
1872. For example, if you distribute copies of such a program, whether
1873. gratis or for a fee, you must pass on to the recipients the same
1874. freedoms that you received. You must make sure that they, too, receive
1875. or can get the source code. And you must show them these terms so they
  1876. know their rights.
1877. Developers that use the GNU GPL protect your rights with two steps:
1878. (1) assert copyright on the software, and (2) offer you this License
1879. giving you legal permission to copy, distribute and/or modify it.
1880. For the developers' and authors' protection, the GPL clearly explains
1881. that there is no warranty for this free software. For both users' and
1882. authors' sake, the GPL requires that modified versions be marked as
1883. changed, so that their problems will not be attributed erroneously to
  1884. authors of previous versions.
1885. Some devices are designed to deny users access to install or run
1886. modified versions of the software inside them, although the manufacturer
1887. can do so. This is fundamentally incompatible with the aim of
1888. protecting users' freedom to change the software. The systematic
1889. pattern of such abuse occurs in the area of products for individuals to
1890. use, which is precisely where it is most unacceptable. Therefore, we
1891. have designed this version of the GPL to prohibit the practice for those
1892. products. If such problems arise substantially in other domains, we
1893. stand ready to extend this provision to those domains in future versions
1894. of the GPL, as needed to protect the freedom of users.
1895. Finally, every program is threatened constantly by software patents.
1896. States should not allow patents to restrict development and use of
1897. software on general-purpose computers, but in those that do, we wish to
1898. avoid the special danger that patents applied to a free program could
1899. make it effectively proprietary. To prevent this, the GPL assures that
1900. patents cannot be used to render the program non-free.
1901. The precise terms and conditions for copying, distribution and
  1902. modification follow.
  1903. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1904. 0. Definitions.
1905. "This License" refers to version 3 of the GNU General Public License.
1906. "Copyright" also means copyright-like laws that apply to other kinds of
1907. works, such as semiconductor masks.
1908. "The Program" refers to any copyrightable work licensed under this
1909. License. Each licensee is addressed as "you". "Licensees" and
1910. "recipients" may be individuals or organizations.
1911. To "modify" a work means to copy from or adapt all or part of the work
1912. in a fashion requiring copyright permission, other than the making of an
1913. exact copy. The resulting work is called a "modified version" of the
1914. earlier work or a work "based on" the earlier work.
1915. A "covered work" means either the unmodified Program or a work based
  1916. on the Program.
1917. To "propagate" a work means to do anything with it that, without
1918. permission, would make you directly or secondarily liable for
1919. infringement under applicable copyright law, except executing it on a
1920. computer or modifying a private copy. Propagation includes copying,
1921. distribution (with or without modification), making available to the
1922. public, and in some countries other activities as well.
1923. To "convey" a work means any kind of propagation that enables other
1924. parties to make or receive copies. Mere interaction with a user through
1925. a computer network, with no transfer of a copy, is not conveying.
1926. An interactive user interface displays "Appropriate Legal Notices"
1927. to the extent that it includes a convenient and prominently visible
1928. feature that (1) displays an appropriate copyright notice, and (2)
1929. tells the user that there is no warranty for the work (except to the
1930. extent that warranties are provided), that licensees may convey the
1931. work under this License, and how to view a copy of this License. If
1932. the interface presents a list of user commands or options, such as a
1933. menu, a prominent item in the list meets this criterion.
  1934. 1. Source Code.
1935. The "source code" for a work means the preferred form of the work
1936. for making modifications to it. "Object code" means any non-source
  1937. form of a work.
1938. A "Standard Interface" means an interface that either is an official
1939. standard defined by a recognized standards body, or, in the case of
1940. interfaces specified for a particular programming language, one that
1941. is widely used among developers working in that language.
1942. The "System Libraries" of an executable work include anything, other
1943. than the work as a whole, that (a) is included in the normal form of
1944. packaging a Major Component, but which is not part of that Major
1945. Component, and (b) serves only to enable use of the work with that
1946. Major Component, or to implement a Standard Interface for which an
1947. implementation is available to the public in source code form. A
1948. "Major Component", in this context, means a major essential component
1949. (kernel, window system, and so on) of the specific operating system
1950. (if any) on which the executable work runs, or a compiler used to
1951. produce the work, or an object code interpreter used to run it.
1952. The "Corresponding Source" for a work in object code form means all
1953. the source code needed to generate, install, and (for an executable
1954. work) run the object code and to modify the work, including scripts to
1955. control those activities. However, it does not include the work's
1956. System Libraries, or general-purpose tools or generally available free
1957. programs which are used unmodified in performing those activities but
1958. which are not part of the work. For example, Corresponding Source
1959. includes interface definition files associated with source files for
1960. the work, and the source code for shared libraries and dynamically
1961. linked subprograms that the work is specifically designed to require,
1962. such as by intimate data communication or control flow between those
1963. subprograms and other parts of the work.
1964. The Corresponding Source need not include anything that users
1965. can regenerate automatically from other parts of the Corresponding
  1966. Source.
1967. The Corresponding Source for a work in source code form is that
  1968. same work.
  1969. 2. Basic Permissions.
1970. All rights granted under this License are granted for the term of
1971. copyright on the Program, and are irrevocable provided the stated
1972. conditions are met. This License explicitly affirms your unlimited
1973. permission to run the unmodified Program. The output from running a
1974. covered work is covered by this License only if the output, given its
1975. content, constitutes a covered work. This License acknowledges your
1976. rights of fair use or other equivalent, as provided by copyright law.
1977. You may make, run and propagate covered works that you do not
1978. convey, without conditions so long as your license otherwise remains
1979. in force. You may convey covered works to others for the sole purpose
1980. of having them make modifications exclusively for you, or provide you
1981. with facilities for running those works, provided that you comply with
1982. the terms of this License in conveying all material for which you do
1983. not control copyright. Those thus making or running the covered works
1984. for you must do so exclusively on your behalf, under your direction
1985. and control, on terms that prohibit them from making any copies of
1986. your copyrighted material outside their relationship with you.
1987. Conveying under any other circumstances is permitted solely under
1988. the conditions stated below. Sublicensing is not allowed; section 10
  1989. makes it unnecessary.
1990. 3. Protecting Users' Legal Rights From Anti-Circumvention Law.
1991. No covered work shall be deemed part of an effective technological
1992. measure under any applicable law fulfilling obligations under article
1993. 11 of the WIPO copyright treaty adopted on 20 December 1996, or
1994. similar laws prohibiting or restricting circumvention of such
  1995. measures.
1996. When you convey a covered work, you waive any legal power to forbid
1997. circumvention of technological measures to the extent such circumvention
1998. is effected by exercising rights under this License with respect to
1999. the covered work, and you disclaim any intention to limit operation or
2000. modification of the work as a means of enforcing, against the work's
2001. users, your or third parties' legal rights to forbid circumvention of
  2002. technological measures.
  2003. 4. Conveying Verbatim Copies.
2004. You may convey verbatim copies of the Program's source code as you
2005. receive it, in any medium, provided that you conspicuously and
  2006. appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate copyright notice;
2007. keep intact all notices stating that this License and any
  2008. non-permissive terms added in accord with section 7 apply to the code;
2009. keep intact all notices of the absence of any warranty; and give all
2010. recipients a copy of this License along with the Program.
2011. You may charge any price or no price for each copy that you convey,
2012. and you may offer support or warranty protection for a fee.
2013. 5. Conveying Modified Source Versions.
2014. You may convey a work based on the Program, or the modifications to
2015. produce it from the Program, in the form of source code under the
2016. terms of section 4, provided that you also meet all of these conditions:
2017. a) The work must carry prominent notices stating that you modified
2018. it, and giving a relevant date.
2019. b) The work must carry prominent notices stating that it is
2020. released under this License and any conditions added under section
2021. 7. This requirement modifies the requirement in section 4 to
  2022. "keep intact all notices".
2023. c) You must license the entire work, as a whole, under this
2024. License to anyone who comes into possession of a copy. This
2025. License will therefore apply, along with any applicable section 7
2026. additional terms, to the whole of the work, and all its parts,
2027. regardless of how they are packaged. This License gives no
2028. permission to license the work in any other way, but it does not
2029. invalidate such permission if you have separately received it.
2030. d) If the work has interactive user interfaces, each must display
2031. Appropriate Legal Notices; however, if the Program has interactive
2032. interfaces that do not display Appropriate Legal Notices, your
2033. work need not make them do so.
2034. A compilation of a covered work with other separate and independent
2035. works, which are not by their nature extensions of the covered work,
2036. and which are not combined with it such as to form a larger program,
2037. in or on a volume of a storage or distribution medium, is called an
2038. "aggregate" if the compilation and its resulting copyright are not
2039. used to limit the access or legal rights of the compilation's users
2040. beyond what the individual works permit. Inclusion of a covered work
2041. in an aggregate does not cause this License to apply to the other
  2042. parts of the aggregate.
  2043. 6. Conveying Non-Source Forms.
2044. You may convey a covered work in object code form under the terms
2045. of sections 4 and 5, provided that you also convey the
2046. machine-readable Corresponding Source under the terms of this License,
2047. in one of these ways:
2048. a) Convey the object code in, or embodied in, a physical product
2049. (including a physical distribution medium), accompanied by the
2050. Corresponding Source fixed on a durable physical medium
2051. customarily used for software interchange.
2052. b) Convey the object code in, or embodied in, a physical product
2053. (including a physical distribution medium), accompanied by a
2054. written offer, valid for at least three years and valid for as
2055. long as you offer spare parts or customer support for that product
2056. model, to give anyone who possesses the object code either (1) a
2057. copy of the Corresponding Source for all the software in the
2058. product that is covered by this License, on a durable physical
2059. medium customarily used for software interchange, for a price no
2060. more than your reasonable cost of physically performing this
2061. conveying of source, or (2) access to copy the
2062. Corresponding Source from a network server at no charge.
2063. c) Convey individual copies of the object code with a copy of the
2064. written offer to provide the Corresponding Source. This
2065. alternative is allowed only occasionally and noncommercially, and
2066. only if you received the object code with such an offer, in accord
  2067. with subsection 6b.
2068. d) Convey the object code by offering access from a designated
2069. place (gratis or for a charge), and offer equivalent access to the
2070. Corresponding Source in the same way through the same place at no
2071. further charge. You need not require recipients to copy the
2072. Corresponding Source along with the object code. If the place to
2073. copy the object code is a network server, the Corresponding Source
2074. may be on a different server (operated by you or a third party)
2075. that supports equivalent copying facilities, provided you maintain
2076. clear directions next to the object code saying where to find the
2077. Corresponding Source. Regardless of what server hosts the
2078. Corresponding Source, you remain obligated to ensure that it is
2079. available for as long as needed to satisfy these requirements.
2080. e) Convey the object code using peer-to-peer transmission, provided
2081. you inform other peers where the object code and Corresponding
2082. Source of the work are being offered to the general public at no
  2083. charge under subsection 6d.
2084. A separable portion of the object code, whose source code is excluded
2085. from the Corresponding Source as a System Library, need not be
2086. included in conveying the object code work.
2087. A "User Product" is either (1) a "consumer product", which means any
2088. tangible personal property which is normally used for personal, family,
2089. or household purposes, or (2) anything designed or sold for incorporation
2090. into a dwelling. In determining whether a product is a consumer product,
2091. doubtful cases shall be resolved in favor of coverage. For a particular
2092. product received by a particular user, "normally used" refers to a
2093. typical or common use of that class of product, regardless of the status
2094. of the particular user or of the way in which the particular user
2095. actually uses, or expects or is expected to use, the product. A product
2096. is a consumer product regardless of whether the product has substantial
2097. commercial, industrial or non-consumer uses, unless such uses represent
2098. the only significant mode of use of the product.
2099. "Installation Information" for a User Product means any methods,
2100. procedures, authorization keys, or other information required to install
2101. and execute modified versions of a covered work in that User Product from
2102. a modified version of its Corresponding Source. The information must
2103. suffice to ensure that the continued functioning of the modified object
2104. code is in no case prevented or interfered with solely because
  2105. modification has been made.
2106. If you convey an object code work under this section in, or with, or
2107. specifically for use in, a User Product, and the conveying occurs as
2108. part of a transaction in which the right of possession and use of the
2109. User Product is transferred to the recipient in perpetuity or for a
2110. fixed term (regardless of how the transaction is characterized), the
2111. Corresponding Source conveyed under this section must be accompanied
2112. by the Installation Information. But this requirement does not apply
2113. if neither you nor any third party retains the ability to install
2114. modified object code on the User Product (for example, the work has
  2115. been installed in ROM).
2116. The requirement to provide Installation Information does not include a
2117. requirement to continue to provide support service, warranty, or updates
2118. for a work that has been modified or installed by the recipient, or for
2119. the User Product in which it has been modified or installed. Access to a
2120. network may be denied when the modification itself materially and
2121. adversely affects the operation of the network or violates the rules and
2122. protocols for communication across the network.
2123. Corresponding Source conveyed, and Installation Information provided,
2124. in accord with this section must be in a format that is publicly
2125. documented (and with an implementation available to the public in
2126. source code form), and must require no special password or key for
  2127. unpacking, reading or copying.
  2128. 7. Additional Terms.
2129. "Additional permissions" are terms that supplement the terms of this
2130. License by making exceptions from one or more of its conditions.
2131. Additional permissions that are applicable to the entire Program shall
2132. be treated as though they were included in this License, to the extent
2133. that they are valid under applicable law. If additional permissions
2134. apply only to part of the Program, that part may be used separately
2135. under those permissions, but the entire Program remains governed by
2136. this License without regard to the additional permissions.
2137. When you convey a copy of a covered work, you may at your option
2138. remove any additional permissions from that copy, or from any part of
2139. it. (Additional permissions may be written to require their own
2140. removal in certain cases when you modify the work.) You may place
2141. additional permissions on material, added by you to a covered work,
2142. for which you have or can give appropriate copyright permission.
2143. Notwithstanding any other provision of this License, for material you
2144. add to a covered work, you may (if authorized by the copyright holders of
2145. that material) supplement the terms of this License with terms:
2146. a) Disclaiming warranty or limiting liability differently from the
2147. terms of sections 15 and 16 of this License; or
2148. b) Requiring preservation of specified reasonable legal notices or
2149. author attributions in that material or in the Appropriate Legal
2150. Notices displayed by works containing it; or
2151. c) Prohibiting misrepresentation of the origin of that material, or
2152. requiring that modified versions of such material be marked in
2153. reasonable ways as different from the original version; or
2154. d) Limiting the use for publicity purposes of names of licensors or
2155. authors of the material; or
2156. e) Declining to grant rights under trademark law for use of some
2157. trade names, trademarks, or service marks; or
2158. f) Requiring indemnification of licensors and authors of that
2159. material by anyone who conveys the material (or modified versions of
2160. it) with contractual assumptions of liability to the recipient, for
2161. any liability that these contractual assumptions directly impose on
  2162. those licensors and authors.
2163. All other non-permissive additional terms are considered "further
2164. restrictions" within the meaning of section 10. If the Program as you
2165. received it, or any part of it, contains a notice stating that it is
2166. governed by this License along with a term that is a further
2167. restriction, you may remove that term. If a license document contains
2168. a further restriction but permits relicensing or conveying under this
2169. License, you may add to a covered work material governed by the terms
2170. of that license document, provided that the further restriction does
2171. not survive such relicensing or conveying.
2172. If you add terms to a covered work in accord with this section, you
2173. must place, in the relevant source files, a statement of the
2174. additional terms that apply to those files, or a notice indicating
2175. where to find the applicable terms.
2176. Additional terms, permissive or non-permissive, may be stated in the
  2177. form of a separately written license, or stated as exceptions;
2178. the above requirements apply either way.
  2179. 8. Termination.
2180. You may not propagate or modify a covered work except as expressly
2181. provided under this License. Any attempt otherwise to propagate or
2182. modify it is void, and will automatically terminate your rights under
2183. this License (including any patent licenses granted under the third
  2184. paragraph of section 11).
2185. However, if you cease all violation of this License, then your
2186. license from a particular copyright holder is reinstated (a)
2187. provisionally, unless and until the copyright holder explicitly and
2188. finally terminates your license, and (b) permanently, if the copyright
2189. holder fails to notify you of the violation by some reasonable means
2190. prior to 60 days after the cessation.
2191. Moreover, your license from a particular copyright holder is
2192. reinstated permanently if the copyright holder notifies you of the
2193. violation by some reasonable means, this is the first time you have
2194. received notice of violation of this License (for any work) from that
2195. copyright holder, and you cure the violation prior to 30 days after
2196. your receipt of the notice.
2197. Termination of your rights under this section does not terminate the
2198. licenses of parties who have received copies or rights from you under
2199. this License. If your rights have been terminated and not permanently
2200. reinstated, you do not qualify to receive new licenses for the same
  2201. material under section 10.
2202. 9. Acceptance Not Required for Having Copies.
2203. You are not required to accept this License in order to receive or
2204. run a copy of the Program. Ancillary propagation of a covered work
2205. occurring solely as a consequence of using peer-to-peer transmission
2206. to receive a copy likewise does not require acceptance. However,
2207. nothing other than this License grants you permission to propagate or
2208. modify any covered work. These actions infringe copyright if you do
2209. not accept this License. Therefore, by modifying or propagating a
2210. covered work, you indicate your acceptance of this License to do so.
2211. 10. Automatic Licensing of Downstream Recipients.
2212. Each time you convey a covered work, the recipient automatically
2213. receives a license from the original licensors, to run, modify and
2214. propagate that work, subject to this License. You are not responsible
2215. for enforcing compliance by third parties with this License.
2216. An "entity transaction" is a transaction transferring control of an
2217. organization, or substantially all assets of one, or subdividing an
2218. organization, or merging organizations. If propagation of a covered
2219. work results from an entity transaction, each party to that
2220. transaction who receives a copy of the work also receives whatever
2221. licenses to the work the party's predecessor in interest had or could
2222. give under the previous paragraph, plus a right to possession of the
2223. Corresponding Source of the work from the predecessor in interest, if
2224. the predecessor has it or can get it with reasonable efforts.
2225. You may not impose any further restrictions on the exercise of the
2226. rights granted or affirmed under this License. For example, you may
2227. not impose a license fee, royalty, or other charge for exercise of
2228. rights granted under this License, and you may not initiate litigation
2229. (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that
2230. any patent claim is infringed by making, using, selling, offering for
2231. sale, or importing the Program or any portion of it.
  2232. 11. Patents.
2233. A "contributor" is a copyright holder who authorizes use under this
2234. License of the Program or a work on which the Program is based. The
2235. work thus licensed is called the contributor's "contributor version".
2236. A contributor's "essential patent claims" are all patent claims
2237. owned or controlled by the contributor, whether already acquired or
2238. hereafter acquired, that would be infringed by some manner, permitted
2239. by this License, of making, using, or selling its contributor version,
2240. but do not include claims that would be infringed only as a
2241. consequence of further modification of the contributor version. For
2242. purposes of this definition, "control" includes the right to grant
2243. patent sublicenses in a manner consistent with the requirements of
  2244. this License.
  2245. Each contributor grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free
2246. patent license under the contributor's essential patent claims, to
2247. make, use, sell, offer for sale, import and otherwise run, modify and
2248. propagate the contents of its contributor version.
2249. In the following three paragraphs, a "patent license" is any express
2250. agreement or commitment, however denominated, not to enforce a patent
2251. (such as an express permission to practice a patent or covenant not to
2252. sue for patent infringement). To "grant" such a patent license to a
2253. party means to make such an agreement or commitment not to enforce a
  2254. patent against the party.
2255. If you convey a covered work, knowingly relying on a patent license,
2256. and the Corresponding Source of the work is not available for anyone
2257. to copy, free of charge and under the terms of this License, through a
2258. publicly available network server or other readily accessible means,
2259. then you must either (1) cause the Corresponding Source to be so
2260. available, or (2) arrange to deprive yourself of the benefit of the
2261. patent license for this particular work, or (3) arrange, in a manner
2262. consistent with the requirements of this License, to extend the patent
2263. license to downstream recipients. "Knowingly relying" means you have
2264. actual knowledge that, but for the patent license, your conveying the
2265. covered work in a country, or your recipient's use of the covered work
2266. in a country, would infringe one or more identifiable patents in that
2267. country that you have reason to believe are valid.
2268. If, pursuant to or in connection with a single transaction or
2269. arrangement, you convey, or propagate by procuring conveyance of, a
2270. covered work, and grant a patent license to some of the parties
2271. receiving the covered work authorizing them to use, propagate, modify
2272. or convey a specific copy of the covered work, then the patent license
2273. you grant is automatically extended to all recipients of the covered
2274. work and works based on it.
2275. A patent license is "discriminatory" if it does not include within
2276. the scope of its coverage, prohibits the exercise of, or is
2277. conditioned on the non-exercise of one or more of the rights that are
2278. specifically granted under this License. You may not convey a covered
2279. work if you are a party to an arrangement with a third party that is
2280. in the business of distributing software, under which you make payment
2281. to the third party based on the extent of your activity of conveying
2282. the work, and under which the third party grants, to any of the
2283. parties who would receive the covered work from you, a discriminatory
2284. patent license (a) in connection with copies of the covered work
2285. conveyed by you (or copies made from those copies), or (b) primarily
2286. for and in connection with specific products or compilations that
2287. contain the covered work, unless you entered into that arrangement,
2288. or that patent license was granted, prior to 28 March 2007.
2289. Nothing in this License shall be construed as excluding or limiting
2290. any implied license or other defenses to infringement that may
2291. otherwise be available to you under applicable patent law.
2292. 12. No Surrender of Others' Freedom.
2293. If conditions are imposed on you (whether by court order, agreement or
2294. otherwise) that contradict the conditions of this License, they do not
2295. excuse you from the conditions of this License. If you cannot convey a
2296. covered work so as to satisfy simultaneously your obligations under this
2297. License and any other pertinent obligations, then as a consequence you may
2298. not convey it at all. For example, if you agree to terms that obligate you
2299. to collect a royalty for further conveying from those to whom you convey
2300. the Program, the only way you could satisfy both those terms and this
2301. License would be to refrain entirely from conveying the Program.
2302. 13. Use with the GNU Affero General Public License.
2303. Notwithstanding any other provision of this License, you have
2304. permission to link or combine any covered work with a work licensed
2305. under version 3 of the GNU Affero General Public License into a single
2306. combined work, and to convey the resulting work. The terms of this
2307. License will continue to apply to the part which is the covered work,
2308. but the special requirements of the GNU Affero General Public License,
2309. section 13, concerning interaction through a network will apply to the
  2310. combination as such.
2311. 14. Revised Versions of this License.
2312. The Free Software Foundation may publish revised and/or new versions of
2313. the GNU General Public License from time to time. Such new versions will
2314. be similar in spirit to the present version, but may differ in detail to
2315. address new problems or concerns.
2316. Each version is given a distinguishing version number. If the
2317. Program specifies that a certain numbered version of the GNU General
2318. Public License "or any later version" applies to it, you have the
2319. option of following the terms and conditions either of that numbered
2320. version or of any later version published by the Free Software
2321. Foundation. If the Program does not specify a version number of the
2322. GNU General Public License, you may choose any version ever published
2323. by the Free Software Foundation.
2324. If the Program specifies that a proxy can decide which future
2325. versions of the GNU General Public License can be used, that proxy's
2326. public statement of acceptance of a version permanently authorizes you
2327. to choose that version for the Program.
2328. Later license versions may give you additional or different
2329. permissions. However, no additional obligations are imposed on any
2330. author or copyright holder as a result of your choosing to follow a
  2331. later version.
  2332. 15. Disclaimer of Warranty.
2333. THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY
2334. APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT
2335. HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY
2336. OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
2337. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
2338. PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM
2339. IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF
2340. ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
  2341. 16. Limitation of Liability.
2342. IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW OR AGREED TO IN WRITING
2343. WILL ANY COPYRIGHT HOLDER, OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO MODIFIES AND/OR CONVEYS
2344. THE PROGRAM AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY
2345. GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE
2346. USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF
2347. DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY YOU OR THIRD
2348. PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS),
2349. EVEN IF SUCH HOLDER OR OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
  2350. SUCH DAMAGES.
  2351. 17. Interpretation of Sections 15 and 16.
2352. If the disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability provided
2353. above cannot be given local legal effect according to their terms,
2354. reviewing courts shall apply local law that most closely approximates
2355. an absolute waiver of all civil liability in connection with the
2356. Program, unless a warranty or assumption of liability accompanies a
2357. copy of the Program in return for a fee.
2358. END OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2359. How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs
2360. If you develop a new program, and you want it to be of the greatest
2361. possible use to the public, the best way to achieve this is to make it
2362. free software which everyone can redistribute and change under these terms.
2363. To do so, attach the following notices to the program. It is safest
2364. to attach them to the start of each source file to most effectively
2365. state the exclusion of warranty; and each file should have at least
2366. the "copyright" line and a pointer to where the full notice is found.
2367. <one line to give the program's name and a brief idea of what it does.>
  2368. Copyright (C) <year> <name of author>
2369. This program is free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify
2370. it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by
2371. the Free Software Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or
2372. (at your option) any later version.
2373. This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful,
2374. but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of
2375. MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. See the
2376. GNU General Public License for more details.
2377. You should have received a copy of the GNU General Public License
2378. along with this program. If not, see <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.
2379. Also add information on how to contact you by electronic and paper mail.
2380. If the program does terminal interaction, make it output a short
2381. notice like this when it starts in an interactive mode:
  2382. <program> Copyright (C) <year> <name of author>
2383. This program comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY; for details type `show w'.
2384. This is free software, and you are welcome to redistribute it
2385. under certain conditions; type `show c' for details.
2386. The hypothetical commands `show w' and `show c' should show the appropriate
2387. parts of the General Public License. Of course, your program's commands
2388. might be different; for a GUI interface, you would use an "about box".
2389. You should also get your employer (if you work as a programmer) or school,
2390. if any, to sign a "copyright disclaimer" for the program, if necessary.
2391. For more information on this, and how to apply and follow the GNU GPL, see
  2392. <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/>.
2393. The GNU General Public License does not permit incorporating your program
2394. into proprietary programs. If your program is a subroutine library, you
2395. may consider it more useful to permit linking proprietary applications with
2396. the library. If this is what you want to do, use the GNU Lesser General
2397. Public License instead of this License. But first, please read
  2398. <http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/why-not-lgpl.html>.
