Update Debian (to 20211201)

It isn't *quite* time yet, but Debian 11.2 is scheduled for December 18th, which would put the next update about a week later than one month, so I've decided to "split the baby" and do an update at the halfway point to make sure we don't drift too far out of that 30 day window.
