CI: Use rebuilt CEF to avoid memory allocation crashes on macOS

Use a rebuilt CEF of the same version (6533) that disables
use_partition_alloc_as_malloc and enable_backup_ref_ptr_support to avoid
memory-related crashes on macOS.
