mvebu: espressobin: drop COMPHY removement patch

There are proper workarounds merged to 5.4 stable tree for ESPRESSObin
boards with older bootloader:

40af962eb1d4 ("usb: host: xhci: mvebu: make USB 3.0 PHY optional for
Armada 3720")
