uboot-sunxi: update support for FriendlyARM ZeroPI

Since commit torvalds/linux@bbc4d71 ("net: phy: realtek: fix rtl8211e rx/tx
delay config") network is broken on the FriendlyELEC(ARM) ZeroPi.

Replaces custom patches with upstream uboot patch:
