x86: generic: add missing CONFIG_DRM_ACCEL_QAIC

CONFIG_DRM_ACCEL_QAIC was not added to x86 generic config, but it needs to
be added as CONFIG_DRM_ACCEL_QAIC does not depend on x86_64 like others.

Fixes: 51b78aa ("kernel: package intel_vpu driver")
