ramips: fix DEVICE_PACKAGES of Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X

kmod-rt2x00-lib and kmod-mac80211 need to be removed, as they depend on
kmod-cfg80211. kmod-rt2800-pci should not be installed anyways.
