sunxi: 5.10: enable sun8i-thermal

Enable the sun8i-thermal driver to allow reading the
temperature of the SoC.

As suggested by mans0n, disable this driver in the
a8 subtarget because it does not support yet.

Tested on NanoPi R1S H5.
