rockchip: add missing KERNEL_LOADADDR for LinkEase EasePi R1

Commit 8ca4caacd039 ("rockchip: Add support for RK3568 LinkEase EasePi R1")
forgot to include the SoC recipe, which leads KERNEL_LOADADDR undefined.
