PicView

Scrollable Image Viewer, optimised for manga and comic book reading.

Features:

extracting archives, if you have 7-Zip or WinRAR installed, comic book archives (.cbr, .cb7, .cbt, .cbz, .cba) and common archives with images inside can be extracted
Toggleable scroll function by pressing X
Scroll function supports auto scroll
Minimal interface just displaying the image by pressing Alt + Z
Fit image to window resolution
